In order to work around the common problems of consistent, year-round supply of raw materials, Praj has developed a path breaking technology to ensure uninterrupted production from the distilleries attached to sugar factories. During the crushing season, sugar cane juice (primary / secondary / mixed / syrup) is used to produce alcohol. During the off alternative sugar and starch based substrates can be used without detriment to production - cost, quality or output.
