BE (Chemical / Mechanical) preferably with MBA (Marketing) and minimum 12 years experience of selling Process Plants / Capital Engineered Equipments in the domestic or international market(s). The person will be responsible for formulation and implementation of sales and marketing strategy, market development, sales management, team building and people management, setting goals and achieving targets, customer engagements. The position also includes offering technologies and EPC services. Person should have strong inter-personal skills apart from technical and financial skills. High result orientation and drive to succeed is a must.
